Returns & Exchanges
- Live moss and live plants: you can return them within 7 days of delivery.
- Everything else (terrarium kits, glass, tools, lights): you can return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
- Refunds are issued after we receive and check the returned item, and may take up to 30 days to process.
Live Arrival Guarantee
Our moss ships dry and dormant, so it may look a little dry or brown when it arrives — mist it with clean water and keep it in a cool, humid spot to bring it back. If your order arrives with a real quality problem, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund or send a free replacement — your choice.
